Drew Zackary has spent his career combining on-the-ground research with methodological rigor and critical insights into human decision-making and the effects of organizational design.

Working across scales in multicultural contexts, from medical care delivery, patient centered decision making, to grounded ethnographic analysis of systems he brings a multi-model toolkit to shedding light on decision-making for clients.

At The AND Group, Drew helps clients locate the decision points that affect the best realized outcome, leads qualitative research analysis, and facilitates ethnographic work with patients, caregivers and stakeholders.

For over 20 years Drew has worked in both the medical field and as a cultural anthropologist.

He previously worked as a field paramedic and trainer in Colorado, and has led research projects in the United States, Uganda, and Nepal.
