Linda Porter-Cox founded The AND Group in 2004 to help leaders de-risk growth through customer-informed decisions. She believes organizations rarely get in trouble because opportunity is lacking. They get in trouble when important decisions are made before key assumptions have been tested hard enough, before real alignment has been built, and before teams are dealing squarely in reality.
Through The AND Group’s Customer Advisory Board and Customer-Informed Innovation work, Linda helps leadership teams reduce risk, build alignment, and make better decisions before major commitments are locked in. Her work brings real customer perspective into the choices that shape strategy, innovation, and investment.

Before founding The AND Group, Linda spent 17 years at Procter & Gamble in leadership roles across brand management, consumer insights, sales, supply chain, and global innovation. She draws on that cross-functional experience to help organizations challenge assumptions, face what is true, and improve the odds that growth investments deliver the outcomes intended.
